Job Openings

Service Technician

Respond to service calls as needed for mold and odor remediation. Perform services as assigned, following Pur360’s guidelines. Communicate with your supervisor to ensure all customer needs are met. Provide support as required by your supervisor for projects. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, clean equipment appearance, and clean warehouse
  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing company software
  • Evaluate customers’ properties and provide a report based on Pur360’s training
  • Educate and inform the customer of the issues discovered at their property and the services required to fix their issue
  • Prepare customer properties for work activities and set up equipment for each project
  • Ensure clear two-way communication with supervisor and other staff members, especially regarding customer needs and concerns
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling
